A romantic story…

Mr.Woo from Hong Kong, he made the wonderful proposal of marriage to his girl friend Ms.Wai Ying !

Yin & Yang Spa was selected for this secret  project, Mr.Woo and we decorated the outside stage while Ms.Wai Ying taking a massage treatment.

The  decoration picture above was desgined by Mr.Woo, we made the decorations with candles, flowers, and balloons … Mr.Woo fixed the decoration shapes carefully in many times until last minutes as it shapes completed, we  all impressed with Mr.Woo how he loves Ms.Wai Ying, and excited with “the time “ is coming.

The proposal  was a great success with the unforgettable romantic scene !

Congratulations,Mr.Woo & Ms.Wai Ying, We wish you every happiness !!!

Hawksbill Turtle landed on Freshly Cleaned Beach!

Yeay! we cleaned the beach!

We did it!

Yesterday afternoon, we did the beach cleanup and collected 40 bags of trash in total.. When finished the cleaning, it was very wonderful to see the beach so clean.

And last night we had Hawksbill turtle come and laid eggs around the area that we cleaned yesterday afternoon. This is the first Hawksbill turtle landed in Pom Pom Island for this year. She laid 150 turtle eggs in total. Hopefully there will be more turtle landing soon!!

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the pictures of the hawksbill turtle laying eggs last night. But she was huge with 80cm long (CCL) and 70cm width (CCW).

The turtle eggs safely translocate at our Turtle hatchery. Within 50-56 days incubation we will have new Hawksbill baby turtle born in our hatchery!!

Herewith I share some pictures of the Hawksbill turtle this morning we spotted just in front of our jetty. She’s a female Hawksbill turtle, hopefully soon she will laid some more eggs on Pom Pom beach!

Look at the beak..

She's feeding just in front of our jetty!

Thank you Tiffany Inglish & Chris Cook!

Tiffany and Chris are our lovely Turtle nest sponsors from Australia. They were very alert and had high self awareness about the environment and living things as both them also a terrestrial conservationist. They join the turtle patrolling activity during night time and they were very lucky because they have the chances to witness the mother turtle laying eggs! They decided to sponsor the Green Turtle nest with 106 eggs as they witness the mother turtle laying her eggs.

Thank you Tiffany and Chris for your kind support!
